【入会動機】
極度の上がり症でプレゼンテーションの時に声や手が震え、棒読みになってしまうのが
悩みでした。
あがり症を克服し人の心を動かすスピーチができるようになりたいと思い、
入会いたしました。

【入会してからの違い】
先日あるイベントで講演する機会があったのですが、緊張することなくスムーズに
話すことができました。
講演の参加者からスピーチがお上手ですね、素晴らしいプレゼンでした、
と言っていただけ、新たな講演依頼までいただきました。
自分でもびっくりしています。
トーストマスターズでは、クラブ会員の方々からフィードバック(良い点・改善点)を
いただけるので、スピーチの構成力や表現力が劇的に改善したと感じています。

【入会動機】
社内研修講師をやることになり、ファシリテーションやインストラクションを
トレーニングしたいと思っていたところ、東洋経済オンラインでトーストマスターズの
記事が出ていて興味を持ちました。(会社から)近い、安い、面白い！
新橋TMCに入会しました。

【入会してからの違い】
バックボーンが様々なメンバーは違う世界へのドア。
知らない世界を知ることができ、とても刺激になります。
トーストマスターズの全世界共通の教育プログラムはすばらしく、実践していくうちに
仕事はもちろん、プライベートでもコミュニケーションがラクになりました。
また、イヤなことやツライことがあっても、スピーチネタになるな、など
考えてしまい、いつの間にかポジティブになります。
時折変人と言われてしまいますが（笑）。

【入会動機】
人前で話す力を身につけたいと考えていました。
見学した際の楽しく学べる雰囲気に惹かれ入会しました。

【入会してからの違い】
人前で話すことに対して漠然と苦手意識がありましたが、
具体的に何に気をつけたらよいか、気付きが沢山ありました。
普段話す際にも、言葉の選び方や構成など、
相手に伝わる話し方に気を配るようになりました。
また、TMCには私のような初心者から上級者まで幅広い会員がおり、
スピーチは努力と経験の積み重ねだと知りました。
出席すると不思議と前向きな気持ちになれる新橋TMCは、
楽しく努力を続けていける場だと感じています。

【入会動機】
自分の人生を見つめ直したい、
スピーチやプレゼンに自信を持てるようになりたい

【入会してからの違い】
入会前は、何をどうすればスピーチやプレゼンの上達に繋がるのかがよくわからず、
特に何も行動できていなかった。
一方、入会してからスピーチを重ねる度に具体的なフィードバック（論評）や
オーディエンスから数多くのコメントをもらい、何をどう改善すべきなのかが徐々に
わかるようになった。半年足らずだが最初よりは上達した実感がある。
また、お手本になるスピーカーが沢山いるので、目標のイメージ作りにも
大いに役立った。

【入会動機】
職場のチャリティーパーティーでマネージャーとして挨拶をしなければならなく
なった。人前に出ると上がってしまい膝と声が震えてしまう私。
何とかしないと、と思っている時、会社のセールス研修でトーストマスターズの事
を知り、興味を持ちました。

【入会してからの違い】
私の思いを遥かに超える収穫がありました。
まずパブリックスピーキングはとにかく場数を踏む事ですが、トーストマスターズは
その場を沢山提供してくれます。スピーチがハードル高くても、役割など人前で話す
チャンスは沢山あります。そしてフィードバックがもらえる事。どんなに一生懸命
やったところで相手に伝わっていなければ意味はないし、自分では気づかない癖や、
自分の良さなどもフィードバックをもらって初めて知りました。
最後はトーストマスターズを通じて出会った仲間の存在。
ここまで続ける事が出来ているのも皆さんの励ましがあっての事ですし、
才能豊か・個性豊かな集まりで毎回の例会が本当に楽しみです。

Reason for joining.
I had a problem with my voice and hands shaking and becoming a barbed voice during presentations due to my extreme
I was worried that my voice and hands would shake and I would read out loud during presentations.
I wanted to overcome my stage fright and be able to give a speech that moves people's hearts,
I joined the program.

The difference since I joined
I had a chance to give a speech at an event the other day, and I was able to speak smoothly without any nervousness.

I was surprised myself.
Toastmasters club members give me feedback (good points and points to be improved), which helps me to improve my speech structure and expression.
I feel that my ability to structure and express myself in my speeches has improved dramatically.

Reason for joining
I was going to be an in-house training instructor, and I wanted to train in facilitation and instruction.
I was interested in Toastmasters when I read an article about it on Toyo Keizai Online.

I joined Shinbashi TMC.

Members with various backbones are doors to different worlds.
It is very stimulating to learn about a world I didn't know about.
The universal educational program of Toastmasters is wonderful, and as I put it into practice

Also, even when I have a bad or tough day, I think of it as a good topic for a speech, etc.
I think about it and before I know it, I am positive.
I am sometimes called a freak (laugh).

I wanted to learn public speaking skills.
I was attracted by the enjoyable learning atmosphere when I visited the school and joined.

I was vaguely aware that I was not good at public speaking,
I have learned a lot about what I should pay attention to in public speaking.

Reason for joining.
I want to rethink my life,
I want to be more confident in my speeches and presentations.

Difference since joining
Before joining, I didn't know what to do to improve my speech and presentation,
I didn't know what I should do to improve my speeches and presentations, and I didn't take any particular action.
On the other hand, after joining, I received concrete feedback (criticism) and numerous comments from the audience every time I gave a speech.
I received many comments from the audience and gradually began to understand what I needed to do to improve.

I also found that having many speakers as role models helped me a lot in creating an image of my goals.

Reason for joining
As a manager, I had to give a speech at a charity party at my workplace.

When I was thinking that I should do something about it, I learned about Toastmasters at the company's sales training and became interested.

[The difference since I joined].
I have gained much more than I expected.
First of all, public speaking requires a lot of opportunities, and Toastmasters provides a lot of them.
Toastmasters provides a lot of opportunities for that. Even if you are not good at public speaking, there are many opportunities to speak in front of others.
There are many chances to speak in front of others. And you get feedback. No matter how hard you try
If you don't get through to the other person, it is meaningless,
I learned about my own good qualities and habits that I didn't realize until I received feedback.
Finally, there are the friends I have met through Toastmasters.
It is because of your encouragement that I have been able to continue this long,
I really look forward to each meeting with this group of talented and unique people.
